Session 1 of TFS Enrichments/Clubs & MWF/RWF friends

This is a reminder of several upcoming deadlines for our programs:

 

  1. Club Zone Registration for August 25th attendance 
    • Families must register their students by today, August 15th at 9:00 PM.
    • If your student is currently enrolled in Club Zone but was initially enrolled in Aftercare, you must notify us after completing Club Zone registration so we can cancel all upcoming Aftercare payments. We are human, if you did email about aftercare cancellations, please check your account to make sure that it reflects the request. 

     

  2. Tutoring Enrollment 
    • Tutoring registration will close on August 17th. This allows our team time to review student data and group students according to their academic needs.
    • Families can expect to receive a registration link no later than August 31st. You will only receive communication from Ms. M if your student received a spot. 

     

  3. Extended Care Financial Assistance 
    • If you need financial assistance for Extended Care starting August 25th, please reach out to Ms. Isaacs at aisaacs@thefuturestars.net no later than August 21st.

We rely heavily on PTO communication – you’ll receive a lot of emails from them but it’s the best way to stay in the loop about everything. To join their listserv please Click HERE. (Highly Recommended to stay in the loop)
