LTES Virtual Learning Information
Virtual Learning Schedules
Schedules were done with 100% input from teachers. They met with the Academic Leadership Team to draft dream schedules that were then merged together. We value the time they put aside during their summer break to help us design what they thought was the best approach alongside the DCPS guidelines. They used their experience from the Spring to further challenge themselves to new lengths. We are super proud of the outcomes.

Parent Chat & Chew
On August 19th and 20th Principal Daniel hosted two sessions of the Parent Chat & Chew. The presentation sought to allow parents to gain a deeper understanding of the schedules and development of blocks as well as to collect and respond to questions in order to develop the Frequently Asked Questions.
If you missed the webinar you can review the PowerPoint slides for more information.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Here are the FAQ's about virtual learning and virtual school reopening collected over the course of the weeks and during the parent meetings.
Schoolwide Wishlist
We are so grateful for the many of you who have reached out and asked how you can support and prepare teachers. After speaking with teachers, we have compiled a school-wide wish list that is NOT the same as the classroom/grade level wish list. We are only attaching this list if you would like to contribute to the school, overall. You can also wait to hear from your classroom teacher to gain insight on grade/class specific needs.
