While we wait for additional guidance from DCPS there will be a few more factors to consider as we make any adjustments for the last 5 weeks, including:
1. Staff coverage to support more students
2. Non disturbance to any existing IPL or virtual settings
3. Additional furniture and class space that supports the DCPS guidance (i.e., students sit facing the same direction (desk) vs. facing one another (tables)
We committed at the start of Term 4 to giving each student the love, attention, and time they each deserve, and to get students back to normalcy to close out the school year. We are staying committed to doing that safely. We ask for patience as we work through details.
Please see our Family Updates here.
With appreciation,
Ms. Daniel
