2019-2020 Enrollment Begins April 1!

Each school year, all families are required to submit in person a completed enrollment packet to the main office. This includes proving DC residency. In addition, all families must turn in a copy of the Birth Certificate/ Passport for each child enrolling and complete the following:

• Annual Student Enrollment Form
• DC Residency Verification Form
• Home Language Survey
• Consent Form: Media Release
• DC Universal Health Certificate Form
• DC Oral Health Assessment Form
• Enrollment Form (My School DC Lottery) (new students only)

Please enroll during the dates scheduled for the grade level your returning child/children will be enrolling in next school year. The lottery enrollment deadline is May 1,  2019. Students must be enroll before signing up for the Afterschool Program.

April:

• Week of April 1: Grades PK3, PK4, K
• Week of April 8: Grades 1, 2
• Week of April 15 (Spring Break): All grades (office hours: 8:00 am-3:00 pm)
• Week of April 22: Grades 3, 4

May: 

• Week of April 29: Grades PK3, PK4, K
• Week of May 6: Grades 1, 2
• Week of May 20: Grades 3. 4
• Week of May 27: All grades

Note: During Spring Break (week of April 15), office hours are 8:00 am-3:00 pm daily.

​AFTERSCHOOL ENROLLMENT

Afterschool enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year opens Wednesday, May 1 at 9:00 am! All registration is online. You must access the online enrollment system on a computer, not a phone or mobile device.  To register:

• You must pay all outstanding afterschool balances
• Your student must be registered for  the 2019-2020 School Year (allow 2 business days after registration)
