Family & Teacher Experiences
Several of our auction items are sold as experiences and are available to multiple people (either as a larger experience to bid on with a group OR through the purchase of individual tickets)
What Are Family & Teacher Experiences?
Each year, parents, caregivers, and teachers volunteer to host creative parties or experiences for adults and/or kids to help raise funds for our school! During our last two auctions, our Family & Teacher Experiences were our most successful offerings. They are also an excellent opportunity for community building. Whether you host an experience or attend one, they are a great way to meet other Ludlow-Taylor families!
How Does It Work?
Parents, caregivers, and teachers agree to host as many people as they find appropriate for a specific activity/party. Attendees can be adults, kids or a combination of the two. The hosts cover all expenses of the party, and 100% of the funds raised by the event benefit Ludlow-Taylor.
These events do NOT need to be elaborate or expensive to host! For example, one family might host a themed dinner at their home—and other families bid on it at the auction. Some experiences are be ticketed items. For example, a backyard BBQ hosted by two families that is available to the first 50 people to buy tickets. Or a get-together to do yoga in the park with some snacks!

- Brainstorm the type of party or activity you want to host! Decide on the number of adults, families, or kids you can accommodate for your event.
- Email LTESAuction@gmail.com to confirm your plans & discuss possible dates.
- Make plans to cover the costs of the party as your contribution to the Auction. (All of your costs are tax-deductible, btw!)
- We’ll handle the auction logistics of adding your event to the website & promoting it as part of Warriors' Night Out.
- Host your party! Meet some new Ludlow-Taylor families & have a wonderful time for a good cause!
